My Job Does not remove taxes. HOw do I file my Taxes? Which form Should I use?

I work in a small business of only three people and I get a bi-weekly check. My check does not have my total balance throughout the year and It does not remove taxes. What should I be getting paper wise from my boss? How should I file my taxes?

You should recieve a 1099 form at the end pf the year with your total income. As a self employed person ( which is what you are considered when taxes are not deducted ) you would do your taxes on a schedule C.

Hopefully, you will get an accuarate 1099. Additionally, you need to be concerned with paying estimated taxes each quarter so that you don't get a fine for not paying as you go.

If you don't get a 1099, make sure you save all you pay stubs so that you can accurately total your compensation and determine the timing (needed for estimated tax purposes) of payments.
