Never deal with the Infernal Revenue on your own - that's like going to a gunfight with a knife. They have rules that they can make up as they go and you wouldn't know the difference. I would opt for a tax lawyer that was a former IRS adjudicator.

It would be free to deal with IRS. It has been my expeire that they are very helpful. they do not break the law. the e law is the law and they can't and don;t break it.. good luck
