My accountant cheats

My accountant told me that she took an extention to file my taxes. I called internal revenue june 11 2008 and no extention was filed and she puts me off when I call her. Internal revenue told me I could get a fine; she has all my papers. My family knows that I am dealing with her and I have dealt with her before. She is with "Harold Binder Inc." of Plymouth, WI. What should I do?

If you expecting a refund it's not so bad, other wise find a new CPA quickly and file. Then call her superior at Binder and tell him the story and tell them your going to hold them responsible. If there’s no superior you may want to contact the Better Business Buearu.
