Presidential tax rebate-since it is an advance on 2008 refunds, if I get 600.00 tax rebate, and only get 400.00 next year refund, will I owe the 200.00 difference on my 2008 return?
Im a single mom I made 39,000 this year do I also get the 300.00 for my child, or do you have to be married to get the rebate check coming in may?
The $600.00 I should be receiving in September is that an advance on my 2008 tax return? Do I have to pay the 600.00 back to the government next year?
