Why don't I see a tax reduction on my pay?

Since the inception of President Obama's tax stimulus plan for 2009-10,I have yet to see a reduction in my tax.If anything,I'm paying more.Where is my tax break?

This year's stimulus money was pretty difficult for the working person to find. At its best, it was a $400 reduction in your federal withholding, spread over about seven months of paychecks -- with no consideration for whether you normally get a refund.

If you got a raise this year, or had an increase in your medical insurance, it is possible that you didn't see the few dollars change that the stimulus would have caused.
