Reporting Income from Home sale

I lived in my home for 13 years and sold it. do I need to report the income. This home was on a Indian reservation in trust,and through the Indian Office.

When you sell your home, you are allowed to make up to $250,000 if you're a single owner, twice that if you're married, and not owe capital gains taxes. It might be different for Indian reservations, don't know.
