Where do I send my estimated taxes? I am running my own business.

It depends where you live. If the Federales have not sent you forms you can go on line at irs.gov and download them. There are a few places in the country but mine go to Box 37007, Hartford, CT 06176-0007. Don't forget that states with income tax and some local communities will also require payment of estimated taxes quarterly.
