Tax rebate question

My ex husband it way behind on his child support. As it is now, I always receive his tax refunds because he is behind. Will I receive his tax rebate to go towards his back child support?
Another question is this. He is claiming one of our children on his taxes. Does that $300 for that child go to him because he claims him has a dependent and eventually come to be because he is behind in child support or does that child's $300 come to me because he lives with me?

If he is still behind, then you will still get his rebate including the 300. Why do u think this yr would be different?

So you should get his tax rebate to help pay off the back child support he owes

and the child that he is claiming, he will get $300 credit for that child, which will then towards you paying off $300 of the back child support he owes you

so yes, you will eventually that $300
