Condo For Rent

I own a condo. I rented the condo out to my sister, who is paying me rent on a monthly bases. I seperated from my husband, so I went to live with my sister for a couple of months. In order to received my mail, I changed my address. The condo address was printed on my W-2. It am not back at my house, but the condo address appears on my W-2 form. I was told that I am not able to claim the condo on my taxes. Is this true?

You should be able to claim the condo, but you also have to claim the rent you received while not living there.
