What do i do if my ex boss didnt leave his ein number and i cant track him down

Ex employer hand wrote w-2 tax statements for me , then mailed them out and didnt leave the EIN number for his buisness .....he has move and cant get ahold of him or his wife....what can i do

I think that would almost fall under that category of what to do if you didn't receive them at all.
