Where is my refund?

I filed my taxes in February and recieved over $900 back. In early March, I recieved a letter stating that there was an error with my refund and that I was owed over $1400 and that I would recieve it within 6 weeks. It is way over 6 weeks and I haven't gotten anything back, Do you know what the problem could be?

OK it should be in the mail soon , and they are just now getting to some things like back checks and all because the tax deadline was just up in april on the 15th so it may take a bit to get this!
