Wheres the rest of my stimulus check?

I received my stimulus ck. In the amount of $997.77. Why was i shorted the $203.00. My taxes were paid on time. So there should be zero penalty. I am a widow and could use the extra money. I appreciate the stimulus ck, but would like to know why i was shorted. Can't get thru by phone so i thought i would try you. Thank-you
