25,000 Clip Art CD designed for Windows 95, 98

I have a CD of 25,000 Clip Art Spiritual that I have been using on my computer. I just recently purchased a new computer with Vista Home edition and put Microsoft Home small business 2007. Now I can't get my CD to work properly. How can I upgrade my CD?

Several variable here if the Cd is not auto running , meaning it dont start on its own, you can start it with a double click on the CD Rom drive the disc is in , found in My Computer,
if it still don't run , try openning it with a right click on the CDrom drive in My Computer and select open with Explorer and copy & paste the images / clipart folder to where every you want the clipart to be located on your computer ( My Documents ect. ect .ect. )
I don' think the disc being win 98 would have anything to do with the clipart its self only that vista is not reading the set up / auto run part of the disc
all this is assuming your Cd Rom is working properly

I can open it, but it won't show me the clip-art images. It only gives me the name of the image. I need to see the images to know which image I want to use. I used this on my last computer which was XP with Windows 2003. Can you help?

The short answer is that Vista is build on totally different operating system structure then win 98, 2000 or windows xp.

so it is very possible that the clip art you are trying to load is in a format that Window Vista no longer supports or can read.

Your best bet is to go buy a new cd of clip art made for Windows Vista.

When you are looking at the images, your explorer may be defaulted to looking at the "details" instead of the "thumbnail" view. If you select the thumbnail view it should show you all of the images.
