Are fios perviders responsbel for installing nessesary softwear along with resolving issues at the time of installation, personaly.

If a representive instals fios for the first time, along with instaltion on the outside, are they responsable to personly provide best posivble service possible. not only with providing hardwear but softwear and configureation of the system recieving addressing any and all issues that may interfier with providing the best service availabel at the time of installation. making any adjustments at that time with the client, answnering any question along with a list of any issues documenting the arrangment made between tec. and client at the time of installation. Providing the best service addressing concerns and needs personaly along with documents listing services included with installation, along with any add charges.

what are they suppose to provide at the time of installation, if they personaly dont address installtion issues inside and out, can they later tell you that service has to be added at a charge.
