If you deleted it out of your in box, click on the section that says deleted mail. The message should be in that folder. If you deleted the message that weas in your deleted mail folder then there is no way to obtain the message.

Depends on what program you use.
if you use gmail, it should be in the spam folder or maybe the trash folder
if you use oulook, it might still be there too in the spam or trash folder
just keep looking around, it is there somewhere.
