I'm trying to burn an audio cd on windows media player. It tells me that it has encountered a problem with the cd burner, the cd burner may not be connected correctly to the computer, but the cd burnner is installed in the computer and came with it. It also says the cd is full right away but when I when go to play the cd it says its empty. So it is blank. Why am I having these problems and what do I need to do to fix it? If it hepls I have Windows Visa, Windows media player, 11.0.? on aan ACER comp
