Your computer will keep freezing if there is not enough memory installed on your machine and the programs that you are running are too much for the memory modules to handle. Try closing unused programs and windows. Your computer will also keep freezing if you have too many programs installed - try deleting some and defrag your hard disk(s) once in a while, say every 3 months depending on how much you use your computer.
