Deleted emails

Was wondering if I can restore old deleted emails from pop server ( lycos.com) from a couple years ago on my computer. Is there any way to do this and read them? Did not go through outlook express just the pop server email.

If you deleted them they are gone if you moved them to seperate folders on your pop acc they are still there that changes if you havent visited that acc and they shut it down even if you renewed the acc they would be gone
