Does cold temperatures effect HDTV?

Had to leave newly purchased HDTV in car over weekend. It got into the 30s. Did I damage my tv? Is there anything I need to watch for when I set it up? Thank you. Lexus.

30s isn't going to damage your HDTV. For any impact on your Television, it would have to be extremely cold. Even f it is a plasma TV, most of them have operating ranges from 32 to 100+. Actually, I'd be more concerned with excessive heat. Also, once you bring it in and it warms up, even a plasma should be good to go.

The answer was precise and even gave me additional temperature information. This was especially helpful as I live in Louisiana and have much more trouble with heat than cold. Thank you very much for your response.
