You need to put the bluetooth in pairing mode by pressing and holding the talk button and opening the boom microphone while the device is off. In about 3 - 4 seconds, the light will be a solid purple..

After the device is in pairing mode, you will go to Menu > Bluetooth and discover new devices. Once the Motorola Bluetooth is detected, you can hit the soft key under stop and select the device. The phone will then prompt you for a passcode, which is 0000 (four zeros)
