How can I put outlook express on my computer? I lost everything in Windows xp and now have windows vista

I got an error on computer screen and had to wipe out the hard drive and reinstall windows vista. Now I don't have outlook express. Can you tell me how to get it back?

If you have any errors then do the following:

Right-click your Outlook Express Icon
Click Properties
Click Compatibility
Check 'Run this Program in Compatibility Mode for:'
Choose Windows XP
Click 'OK'
