How can I rename a DVD drive label in Windows Vista?

The Rename context menu option isn't available in Windows Vista, and the normal DefaultLabel registry changes don't seem to work either. Are there any other registry tweaks or software solutions?

To clarify my opening post, I'm trying to find a way to rename the drive label, not the letter. The drive letter can be changed, by the way, by utilizing the Disk Management tool.
