Well if you use hotmail, and every other email service you can block any email address you want, Go to options on the right hand side of the page, Then go down to more options, Click on more options.

Then go to the Junk Email section and click on Safe and Blocked Users. Click on this then click Block Senders, this will let you manage who you have on your Blocked Senders list, and add anyone you want. This works great.
