How to transfer my Palm Zire72 contacts and memos to IPOD/ITOUCH?

How do I transfer my Palm Zire72 contacts, memos and calendar into IPOD/ITOUCH? If it's through using Outlook, how do I copy my PALM contacts and paste/transfer it into Outlook?

Whatever program you use to manage your contacts on the Palm may have an export feature that will put your contacts in a Comma Separated Values(CSV) file that Outlook can then import. Try looking for that option.
