I am unable to download Norton 360 and am unable to get help from support at Symantec. I placed the order last week. The order status is closed.

However the order also shows it has not been activated. I have attempted to download both from the prompts on the web page with instuctions for downloading the software and from the icon on my computer screen. No luck. Any suggestions about what I am doing wrong or what I need to do.

What happens when you try & download the software?

Did you try downloading from the Symantec website directly?

Dump it and try again also get rid of all other virus software. they dont get along well
