I have received two emails asking for money

The other day I rec'd e mail asking for money. I reported it to wowway (engine this summer while in Michigan). The email came to me with the email add of: kingsleyoily at yahoo.co.?
I cannot remember the last two alpha letters.
Wowway said they would take care of it so I deleted it.

Today I rec'd another email asking for money. I called wowway again but they said I would have to notify Microsofe Outlook Express. The email add is: mfmustafaali at gmail They write they are from Africa and have a wealthy father who died and want someone to sponser them to come to America and to do so would require depositing money into an account - in which when they receive their money they would pay me an interest of 15%. This is absolutely a scam.

My service is with Bright House in Florida and I use Outlook - same as here in Michigan for the summer months.

Can you trace this source and stop it.

Welcome to the internet.

everyone gets spam like that every day. either something about asking for money. or asking if you can xfr money from your account to this one in nigeria or somewhere (and you can keep a cut). all of it is all spam.

just like this one
http://www.webanswers.com/misc/would-like-to-know-if-central-bank-of-n igeria-is-for-real-a0e192

the only thing you can do is

- ignore it
- delete it
- use a better email program like gmail.com to filter out the spam
