Many email providers have a link that says something like "Forgot your password" that you want to click on. When you first signed up, you should have answered a question or two that has to deal with your own personal life, like the high school you graduated from, mother's maiden name, etc. They ask you this question, then after you get the answer correct, they give you a temporary password for you to access your account again.
The only thing is that you probably have to know your email address beforehand. If you still can't figure it out, starting up an email is quick and free! And your junk email will probably be at a minimum.
