I activate cell phones and troubleshoot them from home for a well known cell phone company. What you can try to do is take the battery out for about 5 minutes and put it back in. Most of the time this resets the phone.

My at and t phone will not quit saying "disconnecting"
Hi--I don't use my go tele much---and I must have accidentally pushed a button---but it will not quit saying "disconnecting"--the picture shows an outline of a man and a computer and a telephone. Help! I only use my go tele to make calls---I don't text or anything else---------

Maybe your phone is broke? do you still have a current active service on that phone?
