You can purchase Microsoft Office for 100 - 150 if you shop around on the internet, or you can buy it from Best Buy, Office Depot, or Staples.

If you're looking for a free alternative, I would suggest Open Office (http://openoffice.org) It emulates Microsoft office pretty well, and you can save documents in the familiar .doc and .xls format.
