My right pinky, down to my wrist, hurts from using the mouse too much. Are there any stretches for this? I switched mousing hands but I still have to type more tonight.

There's a lot of exercise you can do, but I'd recommend you go see a doctor first. You can get carpal tunnel syndrome from doing repetitive tasks with your wrist, like using a computer mouse. Aspirin can help ease the swelling (causing pain) in the meantime.

Make sure you use good posture when typing, sit up straight. Also try clasping your hands together and pushing palms away fom you..hard to explain, helps though (I'm sure I have carpel tunnel, type all day at work, slouch sometimes)
