Needing to move files from PeopleSoft

I am needing to move files generated from PeopleSoft(PSNT) and copy them to the App server (also on NT), I have created a .bat file with mapped the app server drive and then does an xcopy. Everything works great from interactive command line, but when launched from PSNT, only the drive mapping works, the xcopy does not. Help

Ist place i would look would be at the server directory path a lot of servers will change the extension name from upper to lower case and vicea versa when you upload them , and make sure the files are on your server some servers will not upload some file extensions.
In other words you src / href link file extensions are not correct
