Problem with cell phone keeps saying"charging"

Do anyone know anything about a cell phone? I have a blitz and when I try to turn the phone on it will not come on. But, when I plug it up to charge it says charging. When I take the battery out and plug it up and add the battery really fast; I can call out on it for 1 minute. With the charger as well it goes off again saying charging. I have not been able to take it in for repairs due to my course load. Any help will be helpful. Faith

Either the charging port for the Blitz is broken, or the charger itself is defective. Take it to a local repair center by searching on the web for a repair facility, or call the carrier. Best Buy will also take phones in on repair.

Its a common issue for the charging port to go bad, as many times as you put your phone on the charger. Make sure that you're not putting any load on the port (your phone should be on a flat level surface while charging), and the port and charger should be free of dirt and debris. Never force a charger into a cell phone charging port.
