Reformatting Windows 98 software into Windows Vista 64

I have the Expert Forms Software that I love and not want to lose it. There is not a new version of the market that I have been able to find or get a answer back from the Expert Software themselves. Can I reformat the 98 software into vista for dummies like me?

If you mean can you run the software on Vista there is a compatibility mode on Vista that lets you run older software programs as if it was xp or something else. Do a search in Windows Help for compatibility and follow the instructions.
