How many megahertz does the BEHOLD phone from tmobile hold?

Sim cards do not hold megahertz. MHz is a measurement of airwave frequency, and has nothing to do with a SIM card.

You are thinking of megabytes.

If you mean Mb it has an internal memory of 180Mb, but comes with a 1GB SD card so technically it has 1.18Gb of space out of the box. No mention of how big an SD card can be put in it but i'd say atleast a 4 if not 8GB.
