First you need to export your Comcast contacts as a .csv file.
Save this in an easy to find location say on your desktop
Then launch Outlook and choose "import and export" from the file pull down menu.
Choose other "import from another program or file"
Select Common Separated Value
Browse for the .csv file you saved above
For the rest of the questions choose the default option.
Press ok & finish and your contacts will be imported into Office.
