There is a lot of software you can use to break windows xp password. The most popular is probably 0phcrack you can find it easly on sourceforge or google. If it don't work try another there plenty of sofware for that because 0phcrack doesn't always work.

Or you can search for a password eraser that will erase your password instead of cracking it.

I have downloaded Windows Password Recovery Tool 3.0 . I have personally tested it . It works perfectly to reset any local user account to a blank password.
