Is there an error message that comes up when you try to run the program?
What does the computer try telling you? Does it have a reason it failed?

If you are running at your office, I'm going to assume that you have certain permissions granted by your system administrator. This person also takes care of your problems with your computer. Generally, since you have limited permissions, even if we could get to the bottom of this problem, you would more than likely not be able to fix it without administrative privileges.

The best solution to this problem would be to contact your system administrator. There might be a problem with a library that this program depends on, or your computer may not have been granted privileges like the others have. One suggestion would be to try logging on to a coworkers computer and run this program from there. This will determine if this is a problem with your user privileges or if it's a local problem on your office workstation.
