I keep getting asked for a 25 character product key, where do I find it or just completely take it off

I could not print receipts in my quickbooks so I called them and they defaulted my printer, and now I can't print in Microsoft Word.

Check CD/DVD sleeve or the Disc itself for the Product key. It is usually alpha numeric and separated by ' - '

You can try to change the default printer by going to start setting Printer and then right click the printer and select set as default.
