Your computer uses several colors combined to create colors , if it prints in one color , your
out of one color, cleaning wont help.
A printer uses the subtractive colours Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black to make all of the colours.
If you're missing the yellow then it sounds like you're out of yellow ink. Printers normally tell you this though, so maybe you need to do a couple more cleanings to get the yellow ink flowing again. Don't do any more than that though as you start to fill up the sponge pad that is under the printer head.
The software that comes with your printer that you install on your computer, can tell you the printer ink levels. If your printer has a LCD display on it, you can cycle through the menu to see what your ink levels are. If the yellow shows as full then it sounds like the printer head is still dirty.
If after this the yellow is still missing, then it sounds like you need to get a new ink cartridge as maybe the cartridge itself is damaged & not providing the ink to the printer head. If you want, as a last step, you can try and remove the yellow cartridge and carefully wipe the outlet nozzle with a cloth and isopropyl alcohol.
