If it's an OEM version then you can't transfer it to another computer.

For a retail version check out ebay.com

There are websites that you can purchase XP Media Center 2005 Directly:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16832116049
http://www.amazon.com/Microsoft-Windows-Center-System-Builders/dp/B000 JTFVM4
http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?E dpNo=2571833&CatId=672

They are all about $120 + shipping, unless the website offers it free.

They are for system builders, but it's the only edition that I can find currently still for sale.
Quoted: "This OEM software is intended for system builders only and cannot be transferred to another PC once it is installed."
This means that once installed, technically you cannot transfer it to another computer because each license you buy allows one installation. Microsoft is great!
