Well fallow the age limit its 16 that is the age for you to be on there. Its there to communicateyes but some people are not always smart when it comes to to computer and at a younger age you are more vonerable to online preditors. I really hate hearing those stories about young girls getting hurt because they were not mature enough to use their heads on the computer.

It is set at 13. there is some law legal reason why everything is 13. I'm not sure why.

Usually there is a certain maturity level that you get to by then to be able to commutate effectively and all that.
