You need to download flash player, it can be found here:

http://www.google.ca/search?hl=en&q=flash&meta=&aq=f&oq=

If the problem persists then try running the Macromedia update file located in

C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash\FlashUtil10b.exe

And if that fails sometimes your browser addon has been disabled so in IE7 go to tools -> Manage Addons -> Enable or disable Addons and make sure Flash is enabled.

This will usually fix flash errors.

Try what the person beforwe me posted sounds like a good idea however if that doesnt work put the restore discs in if you still have them if you dont then try this turn computer off press f10 then wait a few minutes and press f11 that will restore your computer to factory settings.yo will loose all your pictures and other saved things. But your computer will work.

A system recovery or re-format is a LAST RESORT ONLY.

The options you describe work on a Dell to go about the re installation process as well.

NOT on most other machines.

I would strongly disagree that Flash not working is worth performing a system restore on your machine. This is most likely a easy fix and performing a system restore/ re-install is a sign of defeat.
