Sometimes the librarys give bacic lessons on things like that or you could check out a video from there that might help, not sure they have the right one, but i would try there.
one in mesa showed me how to use my first computer and internet. i didn't take lessons they just helped out. but that was awhile back. i haven't tried windows vista yet.
