I think it depends on how they do the trial in court
if they try him as an adult now that he is 18, he probably would.
if they try him as a minor since that is when it happened, then probably not.

if they try him as an adult now that he is 18, he probably would.

Why did they wait so long? It makes me think they are trying to make it look worsier than what it is. GOing to court when the guy is an adult (and at the time of it happening he was a minor as well as the girl) will make the outcome different. Did the girl say it was ok? Or did she say NO? It has alot of things to do with it.
