No. There cannot be a binding legal contract with someone under 18 without their parents consent

Yup - I agree with Salable. In every state in the US you have to be 18 years of age or have a parents consent for anything to be legally binding.

No, there can not be a legally binding contract with anyone under 18, without a parent or guardian's consent. For them to give consent, they would have to co-sign the agreement. If they try to force the issue, contact the manager and a lawyer. Good Luck
