Can teen hormone changes cause naseau?

My daughters boyfriend has a tendency to get sick when she is around for any length of time if it is just the two of them. I know nervousness can cause this, however I am wondering if the chemicals in his body from "making out" from time to time, trying to control his impulses causing this? I hate it for him. His mother tells him it is guilt, Not necessarily about her, just about being a teen boy. do you hace any insight?

Wow - that's an interesting one. It could it be guilt, anxiety, an ulcer. It could also be an allergy to something in the house, perfume it's hard to say. Does he get this at any other time, like when he is in school or in crowds?

Maybe he is nervous...he probably wouldnt feel comfortable discussing it with anyone since hes a man and men tend to keep there emotions bottled up better than girls. or perhaps something really is wrong! id let him think this one out...
