Im 12 and would like 2 do a movie. Im in the wrong place though...

You can start by finding your areas film school or your areas university film department. They make films all of the time. It's a great place to start. To audition get the film departments information, and get a head shot with your information on it. Age, height, color of eyes color of hair.

Once you have done a few of the film school films you will now have some experience. Try looking into get an agent who can book you auditions for commecials or small bit rolls until you have enough experience to move forward to larger rolls.
