Well, I have dealt a lot with Statutory Rape laws and I have to disagree. There is a HUGE maturity difference between a 19 year old and a 15 year old. In Montana, the law states that it is illegal to have sex with someone under 16 years old - that is the age they can give consent. So sex with a 15-year-old is never consensual and is considered rape in the laws eyes. Also, between age 16-18 if the age difference is more than 3 years it is also considered rape. We are talking about a high school freshman and a legal adult.
Rape as stated by the law is not just physically forced intercourse. Rape can also be emotionally manipulating someone to have sex can be true for an older person in this case or someone in a position of trust. Fact is that someone that is four years older and an adult has emotional tools and experience that can manipulate someone who is younger, so consent can't even be an issue here.
Since there is jail time involved and possibly being listed as a sex offender, you need to talk to a public defender at the very least and get a lawyer.
