Teen parents

In the state of minnesota when a teen girl becomes a mother are her parents still legally responsible for her? Or is she considered an emancipated child due to becoming a parent herself? Basically if she has offered no support to those who are supporting her child(the grandparents) can they say find someone else to support your baby.

Basically she is a freeloader with a baby and just wants to run around all night, sleep all day with the exception that she does care for her child 97% of the time. I do the other 3%
