Well, in most circumstances I would say that she should tell her parents and you should encourage her to do so. But, if you really feel that someone else poses a threat to her you might want to step in and mention the situation to them. However, you might first tell her that if she doesn't tell her parents then you will. Good luck.

Well I went over to a girls house and her parents didnt know i was their, but i was only there cause this crazy obsessive kid calle dher and said i know where you live and im coming over but hes scared of me so she called me to comeover and while i
Was there her parents came home and i don't know if i should call them up personally and tell them the truth why i was there

Well you should, honesty gets the best of the parentals when you are with someone. also i am sure that they will understand if you both tell her mom and dad what the situation was and why you were over there with no one else but your girl friend( if that is what she is). talk to everyone in a calm matter and i am sure that they will understand.
